Printers and copiers, often with integrated scanners, are commonplace in offices and pieces of equipment workers truly rely on. For those working in offices with printers activated by smartcard readers, the forgotten smartcard is a problem that is hard to overcome and can be a real barrier to productivity.

Likewise, it seems that both home office workers and office workers alike are realizing the productivity benefits of working with a second screen.
